Notas del parche y actualizaciones de Mirklurk: Every Step Matters

Final Price Increase + Roadmap

Greetings everyone! We start with the price increase : On this Friday, so tomorrow , I plan to increase the price from 11.99 to 14.99 USD .* This is meant to be the final increase, in preperation for 1.0. I think 15 dollars is a fair price and I want the game to release with it.

This patch fixes an issue in which one could not click on targets far away while in scouting mode - my bad! You are supposed to be able to use scouting to shoot at stuff really far away ^^ This patch also fixes an issue in which the player could not target beings with ranged

Patch 0.9.1.0 - Balanced zooming + fixes and a little content!

First of all: This is not that big of patch, but there are only three options to choose from and I think this is bigger than "small" ;D And also: remember to leave an honest review if you like this game!

This patch does the following: Weight/Carry is updated properly when throwing stuff (like poison flasks). Updated the light-tiles for game-placed torches outside, which sometimes was off. Music now loops in the main menu. Added some cozy particles to the main menu as well!

This patch does the following: Fixed an annoying issue in which menus related to the previous object interacted with, popped up again when clicking in menus. My bad! Added a double-safety-triple-deluxe check to make sure that poison works as intended to enemies.

Patch 0.9.0.0 - Magic items, New locations, New NPCs + more to main quest

First a little reminder: if you like this game, please leave an honest review - it really helps the game grow! <3 This patch adds the following: Two new unique locations, each related to either a new side quest and/or the main quest.

Hello! I usually try not to "spam" minor patches, but I was made aware of certain annoyances and bugs. Especially one of these was rather common and veeery annoying. So If I can reproduce issues myself, realize what's causing them and fairly easy fix it - why wait?

A few bug-reports reached me and they were severe/annoying enough that I figured I would fix them asap. So this patch does the following: Fixes an issue in which the weather getting stuck in endless rain.

First of all: a huge welcome to all new players ! Your feedback is extremely valuable, so this patch improves the Tool Tips (at least a little) and I have updated the demo as well! The game has been getting much more attention the last few days, which feels amazing.

So you can enjoy the Mirk fully during your hard earned weekend

Patch 0.8.0.0 - Taming the Mirk!

I have to start with asking for a small favor: Sales are extremely low so I would really appreciate if you left a review + maybe recommended the game to a buddy - it really helps! Thanks in advance!

Contest: Become an NPC in the Mirk!

EDIT: The time window for this contest has CLOSED . A winner will be selected, then contacted and announced in the near future! FINAL EDIT: A winner has been chosen! Greeting, all ye Mirk-wanderers! You now have a chance of having your portrait in game!

Rough Roadmap + Planned Price Increase

Greetings everyone! We start with the price increase: On this Friday I will increase the game price from 10 to 11.99 USD . I always use Steams regional pricing , so it will vary depending on your region.

This patch added a Dead Zone option for controllers. That's it! Thanks for the feedback everyone! Best wishes and lots of love! <3 //Mattias

Patch 0.7.5.0 - Controller Support + fixes!

The main thing this patch does is adding controller support . It is very customizable, the tooltips have been updated, so has the UI, etc.

This patch adds an improved torch, always craftable but it requires bark and other items which are harder to come by. It lasts 24 turns compared to 15. Also, the chosen skin color was not saved properly! Apologies for this!

A few of you pointed out how frustrating it was to browse hair colors. So, I played around a little with the character-creation menu, and oh boy was it improved! Since this is a stand-alone fix, I figured why wait!

Patch 0.7.3.0 - Female character available

Balances, fixes and a few additions!
