Fixed the short freeze about every 10 minutes in the DirectX 11 version!! Thanks to everyone who tested and sent in their files. Clearer voice chat: voice now uses the Opus codec, clearer and fuller at the same bandwidth.
Terrain selection: added a Search box, and "On this PC" and "HTC only" check boxes to shorten the list. Changing the terrain of a running arena with .setterr now asks you to confirm (.setterr <name> confirm). Fixed the film viewer playing daytime films as night.
Fixed the mission editor not working. Fixed skins sometimes no longer downloading after entering an arena whose skins did not match yours, until you restarted the game. The game now downloads the skin list again when the arena's skins change.
