Performance Improvements Reduced the game's save data size by up to 95%, which significantly speeds up the saving and loading process, fixes all lag spikes, and improves overall performance. This required a total overhaul of the save game data, and it is not backwards compatible.

Changes: Offline exp gains were reduced more after each hero Ascension to avoid the silly situation where offline exp gains were stronger than active play. It was ONLY reduced for end-game players doing Hero Ascensions.

Update v17.0 - Hero Ascensions!

New Content: Hero Ascensions: when a Hero reaches rank 5000, they can "Ascend" to reset their rank back to 1, and in exchange, they will unlock some of the most powerful and game-changing upgrades in the game.

Changes: Damage and Gold Master Runes have changed to "Progressive" bonuses, meaning they continually get stronger with each one you earn. This should ensure these time-gated Runes remain valuable for a very long time. Made "Instant Spell" procs more "instant".

New Content: Master League II: players in the Master League for the PvP Immortal Boss can get promoted to Master League II by dealing enough damage during the event.

Update v16.1 - Runemaster Boss, Master Runes, and Master League PvP

New Content: Runemaster Boss: a new Ultra Boss that is unlocked at wave 45k. Featuring a few new challenging mechanics, killing this boss will reward Master Runes. Master League PvP Boss: enter this league by killing the boss (2.15b dmg) in any previous league.

Changes: The Damage, Kill Gold, and Skill Power limited-time event bonuses, as well as the Damage and Gold premium purchases in the Store (Combat Bundle), now scale with your highest wave (+100% every 10k waves), ensuring their bonuses remain strong and relevant in the late game.

New Content: New Tournament upgrade to reduce Automation upgrade times. Changes: Reduced Automation upgrade times for the first 5 levels of each Stat Boost upgrade (damage, gold, energy, and exp) to help new players build a decent stack of these functions quicker and earlier.

New Content: You can now play the game in up to 8 different languages (and more are coming soon)! Change your language selection in the Settings menu to experience the game in your native language.
