Some out of bounds item fixes
Added UI scaling to settings. Added default recommended settings for Steam Deck and a lower default resolution for MacOS (~1080p). Holding now moves the held item to the center of the screen, facing the camera and you can also rotate it by holding LMB and moving the mouse.
