Major Improvements & Fixes The option to 'Lock Consecration Results' has been separated into its own setting and is now available on all Management Difficulty levels. This option can also be turned ON or OFF during an ongoing campaign.

- Added options to lock individual character elements during the 'Expedition Founding' scenario, including portraits, ability stats, Major Traits(which determine skilltrees), and Sub Traits. - Changed the default difficulty from Hard to Normal.

- Added a Portrait Lock option to Recruit Expedition Members : You can now keep the current candidate’s portrait and appearance when selecting Recruit Again. - Added a Mute in Background option : When enabled, the game is muted while its window is inactive.

Fixed an animation conflict that occurred when a unit was affected by both Near Death and Severely Exhausted. Near Death now takes priority, and the sleep animation resumes correctly after the unit recovers.

Early Access Moved to September 4

We have a small but exciting update regarding the Early Access release of Dungeon Settlers. The EA release date has been moved up from September 10 to September 4, 2026! Dungeon Settlers will launch in Early Access on September 4 at 8:00 AM UTC.
