Gemporium: A Cute Mining Sim patch notes & updates

Hello moles! Turns out the cosmetic inventory bug wasn't quite as fixed as we thought, and we're putting out a patch today to hopefully fix it for real.

All of the most notable and obstructive bugs we've identified since the major update have been fixed!

Another quick patch going up today! We believe we have now truly fixed the issue with the Loan Shark not accepting payments! Of course let us know if you encounter this bug again, but from what we've been able to figure out things should be in the clear.
