New Added a Star Nodes tool to the map drawing toolbar. While active, clicking a map node with the draw button stars or unstars it. Starred nodes are saved with your run. Added a "Gamepad: activate on release" option in Settings.

New - Added map drawing with adjustable brush colors and size, plus eraser, undo, and clear tools. Drawings are saved with your run, and you can swap the mouse buttons used for drawing and panning. This replaces right-click node marking.
