Lotwick Hill patch notes & updates

A little help, a little luck, and a little rivalry: Lotwick Post has arrived! Complete three shops to receive your first piece of post, which is always helpful. After that, each player receives new post every two in-game days. • Save up to three items and choose when to use them.

Italian is now available in Lotwick Hill, including the interface and shop signs. The Steam store page is also available in Italian.

It is now easier to see which plots and buildings belong to you. • Your plots have a white border. Other players’ plots keep a border in their player colour. • Your buildings have a white centre with an outline in your player colour, even when they stand on someone else’s land.

Today's update makes it easier to get started, understand your shops and decide what to do next. An optional first challenge Added Mission 0: a guided start with shop-building goals, an auction, a bonus bus and a $1,500 cumulative shop-profit target. Mission 0 is optional.

• Updated Chinese branding and text across menus and loading screens. • Added Chinese visual details, including localized income icons. • Integrated these improvements into the latest game version.

Earn Steam achievements across all nine challenge missions. Existing local progress is preserved, with eligible past completions synced to Steam.

This update improves recovery from interruptions during co-op play. • Improved automatic recovery when a guest’s town updates become stuck. • Brief Steam lobby interruptions no longer immediately end a session while the host connection is still responding.

Customer shopping bags now clearly show the shop owner’s color, with a matching tutorial tip in all 16 supported languages.

Lost your connection during a multiplayer game? Guest players will now automatically try to reconnect when their connection drops or town updates stop arriving. Up to three automatic reconnection attempts, with progress shown on screen.

Fixed an issue where the target you were typing in a multiplayer lobby could reset when another player joined or the lobby refreshed. Your input now stays in place while you edit it, so you can finish setting up the match without re-entering the target.

Indonesian is now available in Lotwick Hill. Added Indonesian translations for menus, the HUD, tutorial, shop and street signs, finances, the newspaper and Lemonade Days. Fixed the HUD leader name so translated AI names match the newspaper.

More localization fixes, clearer Lemonade Days names and results, Arabic world signs, and improved menu text.

Fixes for English text appearing in other languages, including multiplayer errors, gameplay messages and menus. Now live in the main game and Playtest.

Clearer multiplayer version warnings and update guidance, alongside Arabic support, the static main-menu backdrop and earlier fixes.

Clearer tutorial guidance, hands-on camera practice, earlier speed tips, updated translations and a Worth on Paper multiplayer fix.

Meet the Six, rival dialogue, city and traffic optimisations, clearer buttons and new translations, plus the earlier display and music fixes.
