Fix Patch Optimization & More

Fix Patch FPS improvements have been made. Depending on your system specifications, you should notice an average 10–20% increase in FPS. The arrest system has been improved.

Fixed an issue where Don Carlo missions were not appearing. Fixed issues that could prevent players from interacting with Drug Selling Points. Fixed various translation/localization errors.
