War Footing patch notes & updates

Work is continuing on the next patch!

Hope everyone is enjoying the launch so far! I've been trying to keep up with feedback to the best of my ability, and I've been able to hotfix a few identified issues, with the changelog below. One of the bigger pieces is Linux compatibility.

War Footing is now Live!

War Footing has now released on Steam! We're excited for everyone to have a chance to play. Here's a list of updates since the latest demo version: V0.9.

It's been a while since I shared more detailed dev notes, so I wanted to include those below. This is likely to be the second-to-last dev update ahead of launch on October 15.

I've let the demo fall behind the current dev version, but that's now fixed! This will feature all of the new fixes and features that are in the full version, while still limited to just one scenario.

Development updates are slowing down as I turn my attention to the less-glamourous things - bug-fixing and balancing. No features have been added since the last update, but I've made several balance changes and the "Force Modernization" scenario is now balanced for use.

It's been quiet, but work on War Footing continues! We're in that stretch of tweaking, balancing, and polishing where each update feels minor but is absolutely necessary to ensure a good game on release. Here are the latest changes: V0.9.

Hi Everyone, We've been hard at work building & testing the new economy system, and we're ready to show it off in the demo. The update should be live now.
